This Historic watercolor was a commission painting .the
scene dates back to the mid 1920,s. The
scene takes place on the south end of lake Macatawa in Holland, Mi.
The Inner Erban railway
ran from here into town, and into the near by cities. Passenger ships from
all over the Great
Lakes dropped off folks at the large T dock protruding out into the lake.
